Hi, I'm Julie.

As a leader in a fast-paced tech organization, I used to rely on alcohol as a way to relax and clear my mind after a long day. At the same time, I was super focused on health and wellness, with meditation, yoga, and nutrition all a big part of my life. Something felt wrong. I knew deep down that my drinking was sabotaging my wellness journey.
